For job seekers, Worklee is completely free. You can create your profile, upload CVs, search for jobs, and apply without any cost. Employers can browse our platform for free, but subscription plans are required for posting jobs and accessing our full CV bank.
Worklee operates across Europe, connecting candidates and employers in multiple countries including Lithuania, Poland, Germany, Netherlands, and more. We continue to expand to new markets regularly.
ForJob Seekers
After signing up, navigate to your dashboard and click "Create CV". You can either use our step-by-step CV builder to fill in your details or upload an existing CV. Our system will help you organize your work experience, education, skills, and certifications professionally.
Yes! You can create multiple CVs tailored for different positions or industries. This helps you customize your application for specific job opportunities and increases your chances of success.
Set up job alerts by performing a search with your desired criteria (location, sector, salary, etc.) and click "Get search alert". You'll receive email notifications when new jobs matching your preferences are posted.
Once you submit your application, the employer receives your CV and can review it. You'll receive notifications when the employer views your application or sends you a message. Response times vary by employer, but many respond within a few days.
Once submitted, applications cannot be edited. However, you can update your CV anytime, and employers will see the most current version if they view your profile. We recommend reviewing your application carefully before submitting.
ForEmployers
From your employer dashboard, click "Post Job Ad". Fill in the job details including position, requirements, salary, location, and benefits. You can save drafts and preview before publishing. Active subscriptions allow multiple job postings based on your plan.
Standard job ads remain active for 30 days from publication. You can renew, edit, or close job ads at any time from your dashboard. Premium features like "boosting" can increase visibility throughout the active period.
Yes! Our CV Bank allows you to proactively search for candidates based on skills, experience, location, and other criteria. This is perfect for headhunting or filling positions that aren't publicly advertised.
We offer flexible credit-based subscription plans suitable for different hiring needs. Plans include job posting credits, CV bank access, and applicant management tools. Visit our pricing page or contact sales for detailed information.
Yes! You can add team members to your company account with different permission levels. Team members can post jobs, review applications, and message candidates while maintaining separate logins for security and accountability.
Account& Privacy
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link via email. Follow the link to create a new password. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.
Yes, you can delete your account from your account settings. Please note that this action is permanent and will remove all your data including CVs, job applications, and saved searches. Contact support if you need assistance.
We take data security seriously. All personal information is encrypted and stored securely. We comply with GDPR regulations and never share your data with third parties without your consent. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
Your CV visibility depends on your privacy settings. By default, active CVs are visible to subscribed employers in our CV Bank. You can set your profile to private mode, which hides it from searches and only shares your information with employers you directly apply to.
