1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Worklee ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform, including both job seekers and employers.
2. Use of Services
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Worklee. By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2.2 Account Registration
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
2.3 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Post false, inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without our permission
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Post discriminatory job advertisements
- Spam or send unsolicited messages
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
3. Job Seekers
3.1 CV and Profile
You are responsible for the accuracy and content of your CV and profile information. You grant Worklee a license to display your CV and profile to employers using our Platform.
3.2 Job Applications
When you apply for a job through Worklee, your CV and application information will be shared with the respective employer. We are not responsible for how employers use your information.
3.3 Privacy Settings
You can control the visibility of your profile through privacy settings. However, information shared in job applications cannot be withdrawn once submitted.
4. Employers
4.1 Job Postings
Employers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their job postings. All job advertisements must comply with applicable employment laws and must not contain discriminatory content.
4.2 Subscription and Payment
Access to employer features requires an active subscription. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
4.3 Candidate Information
Employers agree to use candidate information solely for recruitment purposes and in compliance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
5. Intellectual Property
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Worklee and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to provide our services.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred before termination.
7. Disclaimers and Limitations
Worklee is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Platform.
We are not responsible for:
- The conduct of users or third parties
- Content posted by users
- Employment decisions made by employers
- Disputes between users
- Technical issues or service interruptions
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Worklee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
